I actually like the Tacoma Dome WAY more than the Key Arena.
Atleast they're not playing at the White River Ampitheater again though.

This is exactly what happened last year. Primavera was the killer last year though. I'm worried about this lineuo, but there's still hope.

I'm resigned to the fact that there is no flipping way Sasquatch will even come close to Coachella this year so I'm over it.
...unless they bring Michael Jackson back from the dead.

I'm resigned to the fact that there is no flipping way Sasquatch will even come close to Coachella this year so I'm over it. ...unless they bring Michael Jackson back from the dead. it could still be a very decent lineup, especially if some of the better suggestions get taken from this board. I'd be happy if the upper echelon acts are in the vein of Primus and Fleet Foxes. Queens of the Stone age would have been cool last year but if they get some heavier rock bands (including Primus) then I could see it happening. Bon Iver would be alright with me and I could definitely see him at squatch after coachella. I'm really hoping they pull out some stops and do something awesome, like blow a huge wad on Daft Punk or book Sleep as a surprise sort-of-reuinion band. I don't see any other festival, American or otherwise, being able to compare to coachella this year. The sooner people acknowledge that their expectations should be adjusted properly.

The anticipation is almost too much to handle this year. At least last year we knew one headliner. I think we can assume there will be one reunion headliner, one huge name headliner, and a couple that would be sub-headliners at the larger festivals.

yeah why are we assuming a reunion headliner? I'd assume the opposite

I'm betting on Bjork since she didn't hit Coachella.
Also with Mangum playing Seattle and Portland in April, safe to say he's out the window?
I swear to god, they're going to blindside everyone and have Coldplay and just turn this festival into hell.
Most I hope for is Pulp hits the American festivals, At the Drive In, Refused, TV on the Radio, few others. Our chances at the Coachella acts minus like Bon Iver, seems to get lower and lower by the day.

Can hoping for New Order or Kraftwerk be too much? Sure they're on Ultra Music Festival, but they're the only acts good on there. Sasquatch gets an odd headliner now and then that Coachella had in the past. Either would be cool.

Well, Jane's Addiction just announced a bunch of dates in Feb and March with nothing on the West Coast....there's a band that could headline.

Am I the only one who wasnt overly impressed with Coachella's lineup? Black Keys are cool but meh, Radiohead is great sure, but who gives a fuck about Snoop and Dre anymore? They're walking caricatures of themselves.
Dont get me wrong, there's a helluva lot of sweet fucking bands in the schedule, but the relatively high amount of Coachella players that do Sasq too leaves me unworried for the most part. Im mostly choked about Madness since they're unlikely to do more than one NA fest.

Do you think that Sasquatch would bring a headliner back after only a couple of years? Because if that's the case I'd rather see My Morning Jacket come back over Jane's Addiction.

Pulp, Radiohead, Amon Tobin (that is already worth price of admission), Mangum, Snoop and Dre (look dude, I am 30 and I think this must be why I see this in such a different way than you), Madness, James, Godspeed, Beirut, Shins, Andrew Bird, etc. I could keep going but the point is that is some solid music and a nice variety.
