I sure wasnt hurting as bad as I thought I would be after 4 days, so I'm all for it. I cant decide if I am hoping for a full Friday or not though. The long afternoon of drinking in the campground and getting to know everyone was a lot of fun and I wouldnt mind that again this year.

Dude you were ragged by day two. You got that right. I dug myself a hole early and it took my all too long to resurface. If I go this year I'll definitely be there for the duration, but my attendance is going to depend on the line-up more than it ever has. I'm already heading to Coachella for over a week this year and simply don't know if I can do both.

Was I the only one who thoroughly enjoyed the SHIT out of being at the gorge for the better part of a week?? Sure it was a hell of an endurance test, but cooooome on guuuuuys. I so agree! I was a zombie when I got back home but I was still even game for another day on tuesday morning! I never wanna go home while I'm there. I'm so glad they're doing it again this year.

Four days should be cool. Friday is going to be a really long day for my clan. Leaving Calgary at about 5:00am, get to the campground around 3:30pm, set up camp, get to the Gorge, watch some bands and then back to the campsite. Like I said, long day but totally worth it.
My biggest concern is that they don't raise the prices too much more from last year.

You'll get there early enough to set up, sneak in a quick nap if need be, get your drink on, then see some bands.

I had considered doing that in 2010, but for some reason it never panned out. Being that there is a possibility of bands playing on Friday night I may think about that option this year though.

Thinking about just flying into Seattle this year...that drive home sucks. Plus I'm sure the border will be just as bad this year, what a mess.

The re-entry seems pretty clutch if you are in premier and can snag the shuttle back and fourth...outside of that though, you are crazy if you make that trek more than once a day.
I'm also stoked on the 4 days again this year, last year I got there about 2am on Friday morning after driving 15 hours from California and I drove 15 hours back right after Foster the People on the little baby stage (I missed Wilco and others, kind of a bummer) and went straight to work for 10 hours. I was dead all day at work, but I loved every second of it!!! Glad to see the fourth day back...even if it kills me!

Holy spumoni, literally half a dozen new posters today. Better dig up the old Introduce Yourself thread.
