It's asinine that they're limiting the Ticketmaster refunds to 17 orders. During that time frame I had probably close to 100, a couple years ago I was going to 3 shows a month on average.

How do we go about getting in on this Ticketmaster action?

How do we go about getting in on this Ticketmaster action? First you have to renounce your Canadian citizenship because it's only open to Americans.

For realsies though, according to the statement, you basically just do nothing then they'll email whatever email address that's connected to your ticketmaster account with your credits.

Sweet. I better hear from those jerks soon. If you consider late February at the earliest soon, you are in luck good sir! I'm no lawyer (Weak Shit? Cbats Pitchfork?), but based on what I see here, it seems that will be the absolute earliest: www.ticketfeelitigation.com/

That's the opt out date, and you won't be hearing from them because you have to affirmatively opt out of the class. That's as far as February is concerned. Looks like they've scheduled May* for another settlement approval conference. How fun.
*Right around Sasquatch, apparently. Awesome!

Tool has two dates up for January. Both in the south east.

Intersecting considering Puscifer is on the road in February and March.

This is probably small peanuts to most of you guys, but Shonna Tucker has left the Drive-By Truckers. Totally sucks, her songs have been so good on the last 2 records and she'd finally began contributing a lot in their shows the last couple of years. Luckily I got see her with the band a pile of times and even briefly meet her in the back alley of the Commodore Ballroom.
RIP Shonna

^^Oh, that sucks. Both of their albums were stellar and I was hoping to see them at some point. Guess not anymore.
I did like the part when he said they'll be even older and uglier. I didn't think that was possible.
