I'd probably talk to him like I talk to any other n00b. And then I'd be uninvited to Sasquatch. I just pictured Adam Zacks standing at the gates flanked with security personnel, just waiting for a guy wearing a horn on his head.

It was totally serendipitous that I ended up wearing a horn at last year's fest. If I thought anyone was actually looking for the Horn I probably would have taken it off.
Nah, I wouldn't have. UNICOOOOOOORNS!

We were a herd of unicorns with HG, Souly, Friendly, and me. That is the best thing.

Oh and if Black Mountain returns, give them a longer set. It felt like they got cut off just as they warmed up.

Too be completely honest, the Shpongletron loses it's appeal after about 15-20 minutes. He just simply isn't a very engaging DJ and really needs to drop that thing and tour with Shpongle live instead.

I would rather see Justin Bieber in a Barney Dinosaur costume singing hits from the 60s than Sphongletron. I actually went to see him a second time just so I could wander through the venue laughing at everyone who paid $30 to see that eyesore.

I wont defend Sphongle as I don't 'know' the music, BUT his light show looks awesome and I'm a sucker for that type of thing. That being said, he's far from the top of my must see hopefuls. His strange presentation piqued my interest.

Look up "Amon Tobin Isam" on Youtube. A much more distinguished DJ with a mind blowing new visual display. You will be begging for him over the Shpongletron as soon as you see what his current show is all about. I'm catching it in a couple days but also hope to see it make some festival appearances.

Amon Tobin Isam would be totally adequate. You're going to that?

Very jealous. I would love to see that show. Are you guys planning on catching Moby's set. I imagine he is a good dj, but I think it would be disappointing seeing somebody like Moby only doing a dj set. Kind of like a Crystal Method dj set.

Here is what I sent. I left out some stuff. If a huge list was posted I tried to not use all of it. My goal was to keep it to smaller bands he may not have heard of. Sorry if I didn't send what you posted. Good smaller bands Buke and gass dale earnhardt jr jr Geographer starfucker toro y moi Dan Deacon Unknown Mortal Orchestra Bear Hands Still Corners Kurt vile The books Zammuto Future islands Rural Alberta Advantage Harlem The Black Angels Gang gang dance Puscifer The arkells larger but would be really cool primus Panda Bear Hot chip Battles late night Justice Pretty Lights Amon tobin would be amazing as a late night set with is light show Dj shadow with shadoshpere Dance tent modeselektor beat connection Plastikman Nicolas Jaar Motor city drum ensemble Dj shadow Julio bashmore Kyle hall Aeroplane Holy ghost I haven’t taken the time to look at any of these bands, but others have recommended them Times New Viking The Strange Boys Fiery Furnaces The Men Swans Fucked Up Iceage Shovels and Rope Wild Flag Sounds great, Owen. Thanks for using your connections for good.

A little disappointed that he left Chilidsh Gambino off the list. Hopefully Zacks will still book him considering how big his fan base is becoming.
