Alex heard a radio station in Edmonton will be making a major announcement tomorrow, which will probably be Coldplay's late April tour through the NW and Canada practically confirming them as a Coachella headliner, and not the RHCP late May tour through the NW and Canada practically confirming them as a Sasquatch headliner. It'll be SOFA KING weird if know is right about this He's right about at least half. Coldplay are playing in Canada on April 17th, 18th, and 20th and in Portland, Seattle, and San Jose on the 24th, 25th, and 27th. I bet they play the 2nd day of each Coachella. |

Calling it right now, the band Fun will play the Yeti to a crowd of 9000 people while the pit is half empty for Pulp. They will be playing their smash hit, "Teenage Suicide (Don't Do It)".  |

Coldplay's date in Seattle in April probably crosses them off the list of potential headliners. I have a feeling the bands that are chosen this year will be way out of left field since the most rumored bands have been all but eliminated.
