There's this little shit-weasel who lives in our neighborhood who fits that description. He shouts '*****! *****!' at me whenever I pass him on the street, and one time he punched me in the head. Obviously I can't be sure it's him, but the only thing keeping me from calling the cops and telling them this is that I have a general aversion to calling the cops.
