I was looking to see if the upcoming Chemical Brothers movie is going to show in Calgary anywhere or not, and so far haven't found anything that promising. Cineplex.com lists it on their "special events" list for Jan 26 (the "preview" screening date) in..... Toronto. That's it. It doesn't appear as an upcoming movie on any of the sites I usually browse for such information. And the movie's own site doesn't even list Canada as one of the countries where the film will be screened during it's normal "run" in February. This makes me sad panda. J-Dawg!!!!! Shax: You can buy tickets on cineplex.com and print them out at home or work or wherever. That's probably what I'm going to do. So long as you can get to a printer before the movie you're fine to buy a ticket whenever.
Edit: Cineplex.com is giving me "Tickets are not available. Please try later." Not sure if you have to buy these in person or what.
Worst case, I work about 4 blocks from chinook, I can drop over there at lunchtime and buy tickets.

I managed to buy a ticket in person at the theater. I got the sense it wasn't in danger of selling out, so I have no idea why I couldn't buy it on the web.

As for drinks, Joeys works for me. I've never been to Chop, so I'd be down for that as well. I will be picking my friend up at the University at 6, so I probably won't have a ton of time beforehand (SHOTGUN IN THE PARKING LOT!?!?!?), but afterwards I'm good to go.

So I listened to a little Wolfgang Gartner based on Pea going apeshit for him and even though it reminds me of EDM that I am pretty 'meh' about I like it. Anyone with a better knowledge of EDM than me know how popular this guy is? What time would we likely be seeing him in the tent (assuming that lineup leak was correct)?

I dont think he's popular enough to be in the last act in the dance tent...but maybe second last? Like where Skrillex was last year, before Major Lazer.
