Word went around last year that they'd signed a 3 year contract for the land after it went so smoothly. I don't have any source on that info though so there's a possibility it's not true. The owners of the land were at the festival last year just hanging out with people and smoking weed. They seemed grateful to have such a cool thing happening in their backyard.

Prydz is a huge fan of Depeche Mode apparently, he played right before them at sxsw this year and posted a picture with them. Would've loved to check that set out.

Above & Beyond played that remix at Paradiso and I was genuinely spooked by it. Fucking awesome.

Yeah, that track is fucking excellent. It was great to hear at the Gorge too, and on that sound system.

This is kind of a cool video about the remix process.

Jaytech posted on his website that he is going to be playing Paradiso. He's one of my favorite DJ/Producers. I really didn't expect somebody like him to end up at Paradiso, so it makes me feel better about other possibilities for the lineup. Possibley more Anjuabeats/Anjunadeep artists. I've posted a couple of his mixes in this thread. Here is a promo mix he did for his epic album Multiverse last year.

This is an amazing album. It is basically a mix compilation, but the tracks are all remixed by Sasha. The 2nd disk has beatless mixes. There are some great remixes of artists such as Little Dragon and Foals. If yo.u open the videos in youtube you can see the track list

Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and Eats Everything collab. I've really gotten into Eats Everything in the past year or so. Definitely need to listen to more T-E-E-D

The new Crosstown Rebels "Get Lost VI" compilation is curated by TEED. I highly suggest giving it a listen, it's about 3 hours of fantastic, top notch music. Also, his album from last year, "Trouble", was great.
A lot of the respect I have for TEED comes not from his released works, but his musical knowledge and DJ skills as well. Last year he played an all vinyl jungle set on the Boiler Room that was one of the more amazing DJ sets I've ever seen. He was raised in a world of electronic music that I would kill for even today as an adult, and he's just a fantastically talented individual as a result. He's definitely going big places in the next few years.

I haven't checked out any of the Crosstown Rebel compilations before. Those Rebel Rave albums looks pretty good. Fortunately there are some Rebel Rave albums on Spotify.
