I'm hoping all festival organizers have learned from the Kanye/Bonnaroo F' up and leave that moron off this lineup. I see Kanye on there and I'm calling in an air strike! Bring on Tuesday!!!!!! I can't F'ing wait! You're just jealous you're not the guy with two thumbs and his own Louis shoe.

I haven't checked this board for like a day, and all of a sudden Jane's Addiction and Nine Inch Nails are the rumored headliners? Did I step into 1996?........... Other than he said/she said is there any legitimacy to this?

If you step into 1996, you will also find every Sasquatch headliner since 2005.

We'll see Tuesday! The End were the first with the lineup last year, and our source (Coren) is not one of "those" people (attention whores), so I'd say it would be fairly accurate.

Props to whoever made this list, they did a good job. It is still fake though. If they knew that much of the lineup, why not release the other half, the part of the lineup that is nearly impossible to guess?

If you step into 1996, you will also find every Sasquatch headliner since 2005. That's a good point........ I just hope (if this rumor is at all true) that the vibe Sasquatch! has had for the past few years isn't ruined by headliners like this....... I'm still having high hopes that the headliners will surprise all of us and be something great that none of us really expected.

If you step into 1996, you will also find every Sasquatch headliner since 2005. That's certainly a valid point, but I think there's something you're not considering: Yes, REM and The Cure and the Flaming Lips existed in the 1990's, but they all started in the 80's and have continued to put out records over the past twenty years. They are consistently GOOD musicians, and they manage to stay relevant -- ESPECIALLY the Lips. On the other hand, Jane's Addiction's sound is SOLIDLY based in the 90's. It could not have existed in the 80's, nor in this decade. NIN is so firmly a part of the goth industrial whatfuckingever scene of 90's Hot Topic that I am honestly mystified that they have any new fans in 2009. As far as I'm concerned, Sasquatch might as well have booked Marilyn Manson and Limp Bizkit.

I think that comment about it might as well be limp bizkit and marylin manson is going a little bit far. I dont know much about Janes addiction. But nin is very modern, and musically always pushing their limits in how theyre live show is presented. Theyre using the most modern technology with theyre live show. Theyre no longer working for the man. And constantly writing about things very in tune with what the human race is facing right now. Now if the sounds are a little bit too heavy for you, thats one thing. But dont bring them down just because its not your style. If i learned one thing from going to sasquatch the last few years is that not one style is barred from showing, and thats part of the brilliance.

Regarding NIN. I do not like their music very much whatsoever. I do admit their youtube videos make their shows look sick. The sound is very modern though, with their recent albums.
Janes Addiction though: wtf. Airborne Toxic Event? Sometime around midnight is a great song, but not really that great of a lineup of songs. I could see them starting second on the wookie stage, maybe right after someone like mimicking birds play

I think No Doubt is a possibility. They are touring with Paramore and Bedouin Soundclash. On their site it says they will be playing outdoor ampitheatres starting in May. On 107.7 The End yesterday one of the DJs said the lineup would feature a big band getting back together.
Not saying I'd be excited about this but I feel like it's a good enough possibility to throw it up here.
