Clearly the Biffy party should be moved to his signing.

The lines are usually not very long, I'd say 20-100 people depending on the band. I bought one of the posters last year and had it signed by Band of Horses it took maybe 10-15 mins to get through the line and meet the band. I think it's great they do this and that so many bands are willing to participate.
Highlight of last year was Local Natives signing, very cool people.

I wound up essentially lucking into the Local Natives and Japandroids signings last year with there being no (or nearly no) line. If there's an artist you really want to meet, go for it (you'll lose maybe 20-30 minutes of your day if the artist isn't super late, Kevin Drew), but it's just an autograph.

I know it may be a long shot but anyone think Jack White and John C Reilly might show up to a signing? Third Man Records seems to be one of the most enthusiastic labels I have seen in regards to vinyl in recent times.

But you'll probably have to have your Third Man Records official 'gold level' vault certificate identification to get into the secret dungeon signing room.

I'd love to get the signatures of TuNe-YaRdS, those guys are absolutely killer.
