As you may have seen, NPR is streaming the new Death Cab CD just in time to familiarize ourselves with the material before we see it performed.

An observation and a suggestion:

"Stay Young, Go Dancing" sounds like a slightly less good "A Diamond and a Tether."

Listen to "Monday Morning," paying attention to the chorus. Then listen to "I Was a Kaleidoscope." Then listen to "Monday Morning" again.
