Wtf alex?? Haha you're doing the brass monkey WRONG.
I poured the orange Emergen-C's into orange juice last year and it was a pretty amazing citrus explosion!

it was at that magical point in the morning when we were just ready to make the pilgrimage to the festival. I had an Emergen-C in one hand and a PBR in the other and figured water was just going to take up valuable space reserved in my stomach for beer. It was a good idea at the time, and I finished the beer-C anyway...but it wasn't exactly pleasant.

Would putting electrolyte drink tablets in 7up, defeat the purpose? I bought some lemon-lime flavored ones and they taste like shite when mixed with water.

Emergen-C's are lifesavers. They (or something like them) should be on everyone's packing list. Personally I would recommend just mixing them with water or juice because for some people just drinking that amount of water alone is going to do them a lot of good. Plus mixing them with beer just sounds gross. In a pinch they make a decent mixer, but maybe have a bottle of water alongside anyway. As for non-high drugs, pain killers of some sort are a must as well. No sense worrying about the effect they'll have on your liver while you're shoving all sorts of other crap into your body all weekend. Personally I always bring a bottle of ibuprofen tablets and Alka-Seltzer Morning Relief. The ASMR has aspirin in it for headaches as well as some caffeine to help pep you up. Plus it forces you to drink more water. Recommended! Would putting electrolyte drink tablets in 7up, defeat the purpose? I don't see anything wrong with this, but I'm not sure I understand your question.

We go camping with a couple registered nurses. They're miracle workers.
