She's one of the best newbs we've had in a while. She started when you were on your break, and is a festival vet. She lives near Biggs, on the Oregon side of the Gorge, if my memory serves me right. I think she's got like a bazillion (whow, that's actually a word?) posts over at the Coachella boards too. She's sexually one of us. I have lurked the Coachella board every couple weeks this year, even made like four posts, but I thought she was the one with under 500 posts who had her bike stolen by someone she was nice enough to lend it to? I could have her confused with someone else, or she might have a second username with a bazillion posts.

I have no idea. I just remember seeing that user name over there and since every one of the bazillion posters has a bazillion posts I just assumed haha.

She rounded up a group of 20+ cars and organized spots for people without a camping pass. She's nothing but class.

I wish I had a mom like her, seriously. I really can't deal with the stress of weather. I really hope there's a better outlook closer to the show; I may have to rethink everything I'm wearing. Rainboots, just in case for sure!

There's a couple clouds in the forecast but the chance of precipitation never goes above 30%. One day almost gets up to 80 degrees. Honestly this kind of looks exactly how it did last year, maybe a little bit better even.

I think it will be fine. It would take some extreme weather to rain on our Sasquatch parade.

Seriously. Anything short of an even bigger hailstorm than THE BIGGEST FUCKING HAILSTORM IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD isn't going to even phase me.

The cheetos are only available to naked twister participants. Puff dust could be a good alternative to that stuff Maegs was wanting to bring!

If there is a real twister or windstorm I vote on releasing a barrel of glitter into it. Then all the sweaty topless bros will look like twilight vampires.

Dudes, being scared of 10% chance of precipitation is for babies. You aren't babies, are you, because babies HATE SASQUATCH.

That's why it pays to have a RV. your all welcomed to seek shelter with us if you need. We will have a couple of canopies too. In 2006, during the freak hail storm, we happened to be camping beside possibly the most under equipped girls at the entire festival. They were a group of three, and had a tent from the 80's that was meant to sleep one; it didn't survive the storm. Saving their lives might be a stretch, but I like to think offering them my jeep to sleep in saved their weekend.

Rain will only be a problem if it is persistent and the ground doesn't dry out (though watching drunk folks slip on the mud and grass will be amusing).
At any rate - expect some chilly evenings. Bring lots of layers!

Anyone at Bonnaroo 2009 during the Thursday night monsoon? I lost 3 pairs of shoes that weekend to the Mud.
