After all the whole "Releasing more tickets a month before the festival" thing, I'm considering anything possible...Maybe I'm still being overtly optimistic lol. With the addition of more tickets, contrary to many, (mine included,) preconceived notion of sales being closed. It's not like I was going by the "official sites," or anything. With that being said I'm kind of surprised I haven't seen any mention of some classic Postal Service playtime. Is it more unlikely than Justin Vernon and "Ganyng," joining forces for Bon Iver, probably... But anything's possible now, right? We are supposed to be sing the like of Jenny Lewis the same day Mr. Gibbard and gang are going to be rocking the mainstage... I mean... just maybe.

Oh yeah, one reason I haven't said anything before. But if Justin Vernon/Bon Iver can have a thread, than so should them mail(people).

And if they were to play, I can guarantee that no joy for Six Flags could ever compare, and as such my dance would accommodate.

Also, the fact that AZ said there were going to be some "surprises" for the 10th anniverssary.
But maybe it was just the 4th day.

A Postal Service add would fucking make my day. It would also go well with the "but haven't they already played this festival?" theme for this year. At they very least I hope DCFC play some PS stuff.

Hell I'll settle for Sam Beam playing Such Great Heights. But bring Jenny Lewis out, there can never be to much Jenny Lewis... She can stand in the back and nod I don't care...
Editor's note: I think it has to be said I've had a crush on Jenny Lewis as far back as I can remember, so I'm extremely biased here.

What? No, this is stupid. There's been far worst ideas out there, and there's been far outlandish happenings. Stupid to a few, hopeful wishings if nothing else for many.

Not happening. Nothing that 'outlandish' has ever happened at Sasquatch.

Bon Iver playing isn't going to happen but there is at least some logic behind speculating that. There is no way in hell that the postal service is playing and no reason to think they would. Maybe if Ben is feeling really nice they'll play 1 song but a full set isn't even worth thinking about

I actively don't want this to happen because I'm not going to be there, and Sasquatch has a bad habit of not doing the obvious awesome thing anyway:
- Grizzly Bear and Girl Talk on the same day in '09 did not result in live mash-up thing they did at Pitchfork - Ezra Koenig did not show up at The Very Best's set - He also did not stick around to play saxophone for the Dirty Projectors which wikipedia says he did at least once - Did Jaguar Love and Past Lives do anything last year? I don't give a shit about anyone involved, but my point stands. - Michael Stipe and Cedric The Entertainer didn't have a rap battle - Bjork did not replace Regine Chaussagne in the Arcade Fire's lineup in 2007 (debatable, as this may have happened at this or any other performance by arcade fire) - 2006: TV On The Radio did not launch Wolfmother in a rocketship to outer space

i'm trying to think of any cool collaborations that have happened but i'm drawing a blank. The lead singer of Harvey Danger sang one song with death cab one year and geologic (blue scholars) played a song with Michael Franti.
If that's the best we've had it's pretty pathetic

Maybe all the Wayne Coyne Arcade Fire business was just a massive red herring, and they're actually going to come out and play Wake Up while Wayne rolls around the audience!!!!
