Considering the headliners this year I think the dance tent will get more traffic than it has in the past. Hopefully they are prepared.

I'm planning on hitting the tent on Saturday night for sure. Then I'll go from there to the late set. If there is not going to be some kind of decent visual production, then they might as well not even have a tent.
Actually after taking a better look at the lineup the Dance Tent acts on Saturday don't quite seem like Dance Tent material. I really like Sleigh Bells, but they aren't quite dance music. They should do something else there. Still beats Death cab.

Putting Sleigh Bells in the dance tent is going to have catastrophic results. Do they have no idea how big they've gotten??
Lolz just as I was typing that a commercial came on the radio with a Sleigh Bells song playing in it. Point proven.

Yeah, that tent in 2009 was awesome, but way too small. When we first got to the campground, I recall looking toward the venue, and saying, "woh, what is that." It kind of reminded me of a mini Sydney Opera House.
Last year's tent sucked bad. The lineup was so good last year though, I only found myself in the tent once, for The Very Best.
I will bet a lot of money this year's tent is going to be huge.

The nicest thing about the tent in 2009- I couldn't really hear Alice during Crystal Castles set, therefore, it rocked.

Really excited for Sleigh Bells. Absolutely love the album, but I have heard pretty mixed reviews about their live show, has anyone actually seen them before?
MSTRKRFT and Major Lazer will be a lot of fun as well. I anticipate spending a lot of time in the dance tent. I saw Major Lazer about a month ago and it was....strange. Diplo is really great, but his hype man is just terrible. Not a fan of hype men for DJ's.

Saturday? Why is CSS in the dance tent? Washed Out is electronic, but way too mellow.

.....because CSS plays dance music.

They sound more like rock with a little synth.

I was just checking out some video of last years dance tent, and I was a little disappointed by what I saw. I'm sure it was better to actually be there. The late sets looked awesome, but the dance tent needs some more work as far a lighting. Hopefully they kick up the production this year. Do more acid. Problem solved.

They sound more like rock with a little synth. The likes of Natalie Portman's Shaved Head and YACHT have played in the dance tent so I don't see any reason why CSS wouldn't fit in there.

Yeah, the first few songs I heard sounded more punk rock, but some sound more dance I guess. Their myspace said they were grunge. Last years set up looked more like a DJ booth didn't it? 09 had a small stage during the comedy.

I think their album Donkey is a bit more polished and dancey than their first album. I never got close enough to the stage last year to tell, but yea there was definitely enough room on the stage for a band in '09.

The last thing I would want is people crowding me and putting a camera in my face when I was on one.
