I love hollandaise so fucking much. I've always thought about incorporating it into a sandwich some how, but never got around to it. I bet it would taste great in a sandwich.

"The restaurant was too crowded so I just went home and whipped up a breakfast ten times better than I would have had if I had eaten out. No biggie." You're grossly underestimating how incredibly lazy and unproductive I am in the mornings. This was a task that will not be repeated anytime soon. And I hear you Rusty. I have a killer hollandaise recipe. I've used it with crab on a steak before, but a sandwich idea would be stellar. Lobster roll sangrich with hollandaise sauce...........fuck........yes........

I wish the weather would get it's act together so I could make Sasquatch Ice Cream and have it make sense.

It's a dark chocolate ice cream (not sweet) with chocolate chunks and hazelnut granola chunks. *nods*

Yeah I don't like sweets at all, so the dark chocolate might balance out the sugar in the ice cream for me.

Well, if I find a freezer that plugs into my car outlet, I will bring you some.

Anybody here making an Easter dinner? The boy and I are taking advantage of the four day weekend to get day drunk and cook a turkey. I'm not going to lie, the thing I'm most excited about right now is the thought of these bad boys: www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/40-a-day/brussels-sprouts-with-garlic-and-bacon-recipe/index.htmlI think I'm also going to try to make a key lime pie for the first time. I feel like all turkey dinners should end in pie and that just feels spring-y!

Brussels Sprouts are THE BEST!!! To think I was afraid of them at one point in my life. What a fool.

Cunning little cabbages! I love brussels sprouts!
I am going over to my Grandparents' house for Easter. There will be ham. And taters and salad and other veggies. And pie.

I find ham so disappointing at Easter.

I am not generally a huge fan of ham, but it is what we always have on Easter. I usually just take a little and pile on the sides. We always have tons of delicious sides, many of them being veggies from their garden.
