Impressed with how quickly it sold out, especially considering the amount of whining most of us did when the lineup first dropped.

I would say we're definitely not indicative of the Sasquatch crowd at large. Nonetheless, I am also surprised.

In my opinion, that's one of the best parts of fests. When I went to Lolla last year and walked home to wash my feet off in a swanky, overpriced Chicago hotel, I felt like something was missing and found I didn't enjoy Lolla as much as I did Sasquatch.

Yes, I camped 3 days in '08. It was an experience to remember, and I won't say that I had a bad experience, but I think I'd rather stay in a hotel. I think i would enjoy camping more if I was a little younger and not married. I can see the value that some people see in it, but it is not for everyone. Am I supposed to be upset and feel left out because I am not familiar with an easily guessable inside joke on a Sasquatch forum? Considering I don't really care IRL about inside jokes, you've failed yet again at an attempt to insult me.

You've made 21 posts and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM is about how you're too old to enjoy camping at Sasquatch. Fascinating stuff, really.

What I really want to know is why you came BACK to post that you're going to be there when it's obvious that nobody gives a shit.

I clicked on your profile and expected a 50 year old. It says you're 26, yeah? The majority of the consistent posters on here are actually older than you. And some of them are married, too. To my knowledge, most of us are camping. I'm going camping with my boyfriend who is older than you are and he looks forward to it. We both do. I understand not wanting to camp, kind of, but I don't see how a 26-year old can complain about being too old to camp at a music festival. Don't start putting a foot into your grave--you're in your prime! I never thought as a girl, I'd be convincing a guy to camp

sub's big thing is that he likes to have something to complain about.

Seems like a silly thing to complain about. There are plenty of legitimate things to complain about. (ie, LiveNation, alcohol prices, etc.) However, we've beaten those topics to a pulp, so howz about no more complaining about silly drivel?

Don't start putting a foot into your grave--you're in your prime! I never thought as a girl, I'd be convincing a guy to camp I think you misunderstood. I didn't mean to say that camping is not for "Old People." I didn't mean to imply that I'm 50. I'm speaking exclusively about my own personal preferences. If I was 21 and single, or with a big group of friends, camping would be a blast. However, I am flying across the country for this festival and it's hard to coordinate a large group to travel like that. I'm not saying that I have no interest in meeting new people, but after a full day of listening to bands, I'm pretty exhausted and just want to sleep. This wasn't such an easy task last time, so I'm trying something different. Who knows, maybe I'll regret my decision, but I'm happy to try something new. HG, give it a rest already. You present yourself in a manner which implies that you have some sort of self worth on this forum. Sad.
