Here are my criteria for being a mod:
1. Attend Sasquatch annually.
2. Live in the NorthWest.
3. Not be an asshole (this is subjective, since I'm usually an asshole)
4. Be informative/knowledgeable about the festival, and be willing to share your knowledge.
5. Not go on extended leaves from the board. This means you have to be here everyday, or close to it, and expect to be here everyday for the next couple years. The first three mods left after all, it's not easy babysitting.
6. Be accepting to newbs.
7. Don't get drunk and tell people to round up yer nines.
8. Be mellow, meaning not taking the knee-jerk-reaction of banning assholes.
9. Be politically correct, but accepting of frat-douches who don't know what PC means.
10. Be organized.
11. Be tall and handsome.
Alright, number 11 was a joke. I like me more than you do.
I planned on making this thread in October later this year, so I could see who is actually sticking around, but with the increased traffic, why not let lurkers chime in? Please keep this positive, recommend someone, or recommend yourself. If you want to talk shit, or belittle a nominee, PM me instead of posting it publicly.
