Can I just say 'What the Fuck?' to the Trailer Park Boys? Adam Zacks is obviously trying to grab the attention (and money) of more mainstream Canadians. See City and Colour, K-os, and Sam Roberts Band.

I've yet to see a comedy act at Sasq but I think this'll be the year I do, if only fr the Trailer Park Boys.

I'm more interested in Axis of Awesome and Reggie Watts... but Bubbles is definitely a draw. I could do without the rest of TPB.

The quality of comedy acts has gone way, way down over the years.

Patton was a great act to have (even if he never managed to get his set off the ground), but yeah, the year before that we had Zach G., Tim & Eric, Todd Barry and Jon Benjamin, and the year before that we had UCB and Tim Meadows and Horatio Sanz.

Yeah, '09 was definitely the best for comedy, in my opinion.

Well, actually maybe '08...

In '08 they didn't have the tent yet, they were doing comedy in one of those buildings near the beer garden; it was fucking stupid, it had such limited capacity people had to line up hours ahead of time to get in to see UCB; I missed it entirely.
There were a LOT of organizational fuck-ups that year, not the least of which was the complete failure to give information about the 'Christmas on Mars' premiere.

I just remembered who Tim Minchin is.
He's actually very funny.

Just looked him up, and I have to admit his appearance frightens me.
