Well I am selling my testicle because this is obviously happening. This should be enough for both of our expenses, right?

I hope Mumford can't make it for some reason and Bjork slips into that headlining slot.
Animal Collective late night set, PLEASE.

Paul McCartney is obviously their major get - but based on the early reports, he's also going to be headlining Outside Lands, so he's not even all that exclusive to Bonnaroo.
The other two headliners are headlining other stateside festivals. Again, nothing unique. As for the undercard, again, Bonnaroo hasn't done much to distance themselves from anyone. Not that it's entirely Bonnaroo's fault. Obviously, they can't control who is touring and where and when at any given time. But it's fairly run-of-the-mill
I really did want a reason to save myself over $1000 and forego Coachella, but I'm sorry. I don't see any acts on this lineup that a) I haven't seen and b) is awesome enough to make me rethink my decision.
As much as I like Animal Collective, Bjork and even, Billy Idol and Weird Al - I'll take Yeah Yeah Yeahs, New Order, Violent Femmes and Yeasayer over any of them any day of the week.

WAIT PEOPLE LIKE DIFFERENT ARTISTS ON DIFFERENT LINEUPS?
[glow=BLUE,2,300]MIND=BLOWN[/glow]
Bjork and Swans are the only big gets for me that I haven't seen before/won't be seeing at other festivals this spring, and I just can't bring myself to lose my shit over Paul McCartney. Neither Sasquatch or Coachella's lineups are perfect by any means, but those two festivals together seem to cover all my needs year after year.

Yeah, looking at that full lineup, I think Roo beats Coachella by a little bit. Just not enough to get over the fact that it's Bonnaroo and I hate Bonnaroo.
That superjam with Jim James, John Oates and the Preservation Hall Band looks amazing.

I like this lineup more than past years. I'm considering going. I've always wanted to witness first hand how terrible this festival is.

It looks like there is a new Jam Band oriented festival coming to the Gorge. The festival is called JamBase Live and is being held July 5-6. If you have ever checked out the JamBase website, you'd know what you can expect from a festival like this. With all these genre based destination festivals such as Paradiso, Summer Jam, and now this, Sasquatch will quickly become an all Indie festival. You can already see it happening. www.facebook.com/jambase?group_id=0
