Whoa, that printable schedule is even more of a joke than Sasquatch's!
So the deal with comedy is that you can go and get a guaranteed pass for one show right? And then you can line up for others? Damn, I have some tough choices up ahead. (Haha, talk about yer first world problems.)

Hey, even people in third world countries wouldn't want to have to pick and choose which comedians they got to see.

Whoa, that printable schedule is even more of a joke than Sasquatch's! Correct! So the deal with comedy is that you can go and get a guaranteed pass for one show right? And then you can line up for others? Also correct! Damn, I have some tough choices up ahead. (Haha, talk about yer first world problems.) The most correctest!

funfunfunfest.com/I am loving this lineup. So many great acts from my childhood that I never got a chance to see, plus this is the first American Melt-banana tour date I've seen supporting their new album that is coming out this fall. ...and then I just noticed Ice T. Yes.

I'm normally very impressed and enthusiastic about the FFF Fest lineup, but I've seen too many of those artists to feel that way about this one. It's still very good, just not what would be necessary to bring me down there. I really want to go to that fest someday though, I've never been to Austin and the lineups are always solid.

The metal and punk offerings are fucking rad. I've wanted to see The Locust and Gojira forever.

You lucky ducks.
*rustu and stamper, that is.
I guess I'm also a lucky duck, because I actually did get to see the Locust on their last tour. They are one of several bands on the FFF lineup that I'm very excited to see touring again.

I think you may be mistaken, I'm no lucky duck in this situation. In almost any other situation, yes, but not here.

The Locust is one of the few bands was one of the few acts where I've legitimately walked out because I couldn't take it anymore. I was like 17 when I did that but I'm not entirely convinced it'd be any different today.

If anyone cares... 3 day passes to Cap Hill Block Party are sold out and single day passes are nearly sold out.

Also, I have to point out the irony of AC's stage design and subsequent battle with strep throat on this tour. Poor Avey.

If anyone cares... 3 day passes to Cap Hill Block Party are sold out and single day passes are nearly sold out. If you spend $100 at Everyday Music on Capitol Hill, they'll give you TWO FREE PASSES to any day of Block Party. I wish we had gone this route because that deal is insane. At this point, 2 single day passes will cost you $99.40, so if you're planning on going for a day, like, go get yerself a big ol' stack of new records for 60 cents.

Do tickets generally sell out for Bumbershoot or do you think I'll be able to buy them pretty close to the date? Finances are getting tight yo!
God, I'm such a newb at this fest, honestly. Thanks for the help!

As far as I'm aware, they've always had them available day-of at the gate but they're stupidly expensive compared to the advance ones. If you're gonna wait that long, you might wanna see if you can get them off craigslist at one of the earlier earlybird prices. Don't worry about it selling out though, there's no way that's gonna happen for Bumbershoot any time soon.
