This thread is actually what prompted me to create that thread.

I almost did the garage rock version of this, the Bruise Cruise, but just couldn't afford it.

I'm still on the fence about a lot of EDM, but if I had the money I would do this cruise in a fucking heartbeat. Just sounds like such a rad time.

Interesting, but would be way too expensive for me. Flights to Fort LahDeeDah or Miami aren't cheap from Calgary. The line-up isn't a knockout but it's good enough that the ship would be poopin' for sure. Why oh why do I live so far from an ocean? Edit: The strikes back.

I was a raver in the 90s, which is probably the easiest way to explain my the trance / house / breaks roots. In Calgary? If so, then how do we not know each other?

It's quite possible we did meet back then, I literally look nothing like I used to. And I have a bad memory for faces / names.

....and don't buy drugs from someone you don't know/don't eat drugs you've never eaten before at a fucking unfamiliar place. Also Hydrate or die.

Yeah when you get some crazy cut up shit it can dehydrate you so fast. I don't think people realize how hard it is to get back to where you need to be even if you are just slightly dehydrated.

I'm not sure if I've posted this publicly, but I'm in for Bonnaroo next year. I've done Sasquatch, Coachella, ACL, and Lollapalooza, so Bonnaroo is the one of the big five (according to my definition) I haven't attended.

I spent a couple weeks in Tennessee a few summers ago and could barely spend 20 minutes outside before my entire body and clothes were drenched in sweat. Yea, Bonnaroo will never happen for me. Coachella showed me that it isn't the heat that ruins me, but the humidity.

Bonnaroo Monned the Friendly Destroyer. Double Monned. I am sick as fuck (but significantly better than yesterday) and I never want to see the sun again.
I need to heal. So you all soon!
