Saw 7 bands in less than a 2 square block radius last night, and Thursday was supposed to be the weak day.
Every city should have an Upstream.

Was it pretty easy to get into every venue that you wanted? I imagine today and tomorrow will be a little more crowded with the weekend warriors like myself.

No lines at will call, wristband activation was a breeze, lots of event staff who were super friendly. Had to wait in line for a few minutes at Kraken Congee because their capacity is 88 but it was no big deal. I heard Comedy Underground was a clusterfuck, though, so I might get there early on Saturday and just camp out.

Also overheard between the two bartenders at Delicatus (circa 8pm):
"Holy fuck, we're going to make a lot of money this weekend."

I'm loving every bit of this festival right now. Especially the part where I'm writing this post from my bed.

I wonder if Mike McCready and no main stage had something to do with the Comedy Underground clusterfuck.

Will be interesting to see how today rolls out, outside of FlyLo today is my wandering day. Show Me What You Got, Occidental Park!

My must-see list today is approximately zero (seeing FlyLo next month, so will most likely literally be a fair-weather fan today). I'm really looking forward to just wondering around and gravitating towards any sweet sounds that pull me in.

Feel free to PM if you want to knock back a brew later!

Plus we get our own sandwiches from Rain Shadow. Pioneer Square is basically the best.

I wonder how many dinners I can feasibly eat in two nights. I should probably make some breakfast so I can go back to thinking about the music.

If I didn't already have the most perfect avatar ever, I would totally change it to that gif. I do appreciate a good pancake gif.
