Putting together all of the rumors I've seen online this morning:
Outkast Deadmau5 NIN (probably implies soundgarden too?) Killers Frank Ocean Kanye
Pretty solid top line or two if it's all true. Definitely not my kind of festival, but for a 30,000 cap fest that's a lot of star power.

I'm too slow, and not as thorough apparently!
Man, if Pemberton gets Modest Mouse, how did Sasquatch fail (twice) to get them this year?!

I havent heard anything at all about The Killers this morning. Saw some guesses that Kanye was on the lineup, but no confirmations.

Ya, I might be mixing up some old tweets with new ones. The more I see tweets about apparent leaks, the less I see Killers or Kanye mentioned.

That said, I think the line up gets stronger by dropping Killers and Kanye. But maybe that's just me.

Missing out on Kanye would be a huge disappointment for me, but The Killers I could easily do without.

Man, if Pemberton gets Modest Mouse, how did Sasquatch fail (twice) to get them this year?! Of the original six headliners, only two had ever played Sasquatch before: The National (2010) and Queens of the Stone Age (2006). I think they were consciously trying to avoid Coachella's decision to repeat recent headliners.

Kanye West is the musical equivalent of The Emperor's New Clothes. He's strutting down the street butt naked, and we're all high fiving him for his glorious robe of musical talent. He's a hack.

re: Modest Mouse
Fair enough, but look at where they are billed on Osheaga's poster. They are on the 4th line. I'm pretty sure they don't need to be a closer at Sasquatch. Don't get me wrong, they are one of the top bands I will see at Osheaga, and would likely be the #1 reason for a Sasquatch trip, but if that was Snacks reason for not booking them, he could have put them on the second line.

I think I'm sort of committed to Shambhala at this point, but this is pretty good.
