I enjoy the sense of humour in the FAQ
No where does it say anything about capacity. Yes they made the Sea to Sky Highway better, but they didn't really touch the Whistler to Pemberton part, so it's still going to be a clusterfuck.

A very large part of the clusterfuck was due to no car camping...you had to park at the airport and take a bus. I think this is what caused the original bottle neck, at least on the way in. It says somewhere on the faq's that there will be car camping this time around.

So those presale tickets at the low price were gone in like under 5 minutes.
Did not expect that.

Macefield Music Fest is going on in Ballard this weekend. It doesn’t have large name bands on the bill but there are some good shows that you can catch. It is only a $10 wristband too! macefieldmusicfestival.com/The music that peaks my interest: ILLFIGHTYOU Constant Lovers Princess The Blakes Jarv Dee Learning Team At the very least, it’s a $10 cover to tear up Ballard for a weekend!

And I love that it is named after the little old lady in Ballard who "Up" was based on.

Jesus, that's early. I might wait for the lineup, Bumbershoot was great last year but it could've been a fluke.

Pemberton early tickets go on sale Friday. $199 tickets plus $89 camping/shuttle tickets. Regular sale is $299 plus $89 camping/shuttle. Not really sure if I want to throw down $300 on what is essentially a brand new festival without a lineup. pembertonmusicfestival.com/tickets

$89/pp camping is fucking ludicrous.

Both Pemberton and Squamish have had stupid camping prices. Pemberton was $75 in 2008 (I think), Squamish is around $90 or something. I don't know what it is about Canadian festivals. It isn't like land is scarce.
