This is fucking embarrassing. If that EVER happens at Sasquatch I will seriously question ever going back. Seriously. Way to be assholes.

When similar stuff went down at Woodstock '99, my friend went ape-shit and started pulling wood OFF of the fires and yelling at everyone. I thought we were gonna get our asses kicked.

I mean, YES, there is that special group of bros that party on and on and on and on at Sasquatch, but at least endless dancing in overcrowded tents with blaring music is about as bad as they are going to get.

Nothing says 'Party!' like the scent of scorched human feces.

Nothing says 'Party!' like the scent of scorched human feces. As I recall it smelled like chicken strips & Michael Jackson's face..

Look at all of those Canadian cigs! OH MY GOD CANADIAN CIGARETTES. The ground was so littered with those at the end of '09 that I could hardly see grass. Pissed me off so much. Give a larbage, throw out your garbage.

Our campground neighbours had a fire throughout the fest. Guess they got away with it. But no, I don't suggest having a campfire. Too freakin' dangerous.

Wow, that's scary. Are you talking like a legit weeny roasting, log burning, surrounded by large stones fire? Or just part of the fence burning in a 45 gallon drum?

Legit weenie roasting, log burning, large stone surrounding campfire.
They were pro, though. It was a group of 10+ with full on tents, canopies, propane stoves, lanterns...everything. I guess we weren't freaked out cause they looked like they knew what they were doing.
I'd be scared for my life if they were drunken 15 year old pyros

No matter how Pro someone is, if you start a fire in the middle of 20,000 drunk idiots, you are just asking for trouble. By trouble I mean a large scale massacre.

Yep, the situation could have gone horribly awry.
Moral of the story, no campfires!
