It is fucking awesome. AWESOME.

I really liked the book and I didn't think the movie was a very good adaptation. I'm a huge Miyazaki fan, but Howl's Moving Castle is probably my least favourite. Though I didn't find it as boring as HG.

I was, like, on fire to see Howl's Moving Castle. Spirited Away was one of the most beautiful, exciting animated films I have ever seen. The only thing Howl had going for it: the moving castle. Once I took that image in, there was nothing else that film had to offer me. I just didn't care about anything that was happening.
