COUCH IS HAPPENING GUYS! It'll either be our disgusting couch from the backyard which has creatures inside of it, or we will just remove 2 rows of van seats to use as mini couches.

I decided to try a solar charger for my phone this year. This one had decent reviews, and wasn't too expensive, if it actually serves it's porpoise. If it sucks too bad, Amazon has a great return policy.

My friend has a bluetooth solar stereo that also has a usb port for charging. It actually has pretty good sound, and if it's in direct sunlight it will charge a phone at a pretty decent rate. It's been a while so I don't remember how fast, but I remember being pleasantly surprised. Thanks, the sun!

Wish I posted about his thing before I made the purchase. That sounds like it might be a little more costly though.

That thing looks cool. I guess I'll wishlist it in Amazon, and maybe I'll pick it up next festival season.

Are there any restrictions on camp style showers? I'm thinking of having my own shower at camp, but would hate to break some unwritten rule on open air showers. Written rule breaking is my bag though, so if there is something written somewhere, please provide reference so I can cite the correct rule as i bathe.

I've seen people use 5 gal. jugs to shower. Just pop it on top of your car, soap up and try your best to rinse off.
People also use the water refil hoses in the campground to wash themselves. I'm sure whatever you are planning is fine.

The showers at Wildhorse are pretty decent AND FREE. They are outside (walls for privacy but no ceiling), so if the weather is nice it is actually a fairly enjoyable experience. The lineup usually moves at a pretty good pace as well.

Yeah I'll be using those, but I was going to pick up the shower bag for other camping trips anyway.

I liked Souly's shower so we could eat chips in solitude.

Sup fellow Jeffs. I have a question - do you think "they" will be upset if my friends and I set up a trampoline (approximately 14 ft. in diameter) with the net fencing along the perimeter and a cover that goes over the top as our tent!?
We are going to try to do this no matter what, just wondering if they'll make us take it down or sign a waiver or whattttt? Any advice or knowledge much appreciated.

We saw a trampoline last year that made through most, if not all, of the weekend. Sounds fun!

Look for trampoline: check. Bring beer: check. Convince owner of trampoline to give me 5 minutes per beer: check.

Trampolines love flying in windstorms. As hilarious as it would be me me to see it, it would really suck for you and anyone your trampoline lands on.
