Let the record show that Stormy said Happy Valentine's Day to you guys before she said it to me. I think my husband is on to us... he found my receipt for Sasquatch tickets. We never meant to be home-wreckers.

I just am not comfortable making the commitment to bringing her along with me when I move from Boise to Seattle at the end of this year and I told her that in the interest of being open and honest after realizing that I had been trying just a little too hard to convince myself that it would work. Went through almost this exactly same thing recently myself. I feel ya, bro.

Sorry that you had to feel anything but awesome guys. I hope everything works out for you! (directed at anyone who feels less than awesome right now, but especially Stormy, Fig and Lumpy)

The good news is that now I'll have plenty of time to wander off on my own at Sasquatch and to hang out with you guys! EVERYBODY WINS.

I don't understand how, but facebook somehow knows who I went to highschool with, even though I have a fake facebook account. Every day it asks me if I want to be friends with these random high school people I haven't seen in 6 years. I've been ignoring it, but tonight I explored...every girl has at least 2 kids, mind is blown.

Off-topic (oh wait), I just want to point out that we've gotten a small handful of really great new members since the lineup dropped. It seems like the derp got weeded out quite efficiently this year and we were left with some quality noobies for once. Welcome to the board, y'all. Hope you stick around forevz! I totally agree with this. The crop of noobs this year is exponentially more tolerable than any previous year. Many of you are clever, well-spoken and have fantastic taste. Those of you who don't... Well, it seems like they packed up and fucked off much more expeditiously than has traditionally been the case. Whatever the explanation, WELCOME to our new members. Thank you for swelling our ranks without pulling us down. thx gyz!

Fucking fuckity fuck fuck. My landlord wants to build a garage. In any other scenario I would be all for it, but he wants to use half of it to store his new midlife crisis car in the winter. That and the garage sounds like it's going to be about the same size as the house making us lose half of our yard which is one of the main reasons I love living there. I have two bigass dogs and I was going to make a garden to grow fresh veggies and herbs. Time to start looking for a new place to live in the summer. FUCK!

Sorry to hear Shaxy. 4 moves since May 2011. Moved about 1 mile in town to a nicer more moder place. Brought the girlfriend to Montana from central Missouri U-Haul style. Ended up moving her 200 miles away about 3 months after moving her in. Moved myself 200 miles away another 4 months after that. We're settled now. I think. Lesson learned. Don't moved unless you really really really have to.

Moving blows - I'm doing it this Saturday. Girlfriend is moving back to Montana for a nursing job and I'm stuck renting a room in a house here until she can find a job here in CA. It's going to be a long year!

I always forget how shitty moving is until I have to move again. Luckily the last time I moved I still had some boxes I never un-packed. Sometimes being lazy pays off.

I never fully unpack. In fact, I still have been slowly taking clothes out of my suitcase from traveling back out east for winter break.
I do, in fact, hate moving though. I'm opting for now to let my rent double rather than trying to find a new place and a roommate etc etc.
