I'll agree with the new guy that picking a favourite show is basically impossible. Some shows make me cry, some make me feel overwhelming joy, some are more... I guess 'spiritual'? It's really hard to compare the different kinds of feels they give me and pick a favourite. Favourite festival I can do, favourite show I can't. You obviously haven't seen Bjork.

Do you also agree with his stance that "your" is an acceptable substitute for "You are"? I dont no why your so mad about this.

Welcome, new blood. May the squatch be ever in your favor. Thanks man! I gotta ask how is the camping environment? I've been to bonnaroo and that was a blast but too many people haha. What helped me pull the trigger on buying tickets was the lineup, camping, and the Gorge. I really can't wait! Does sasquatch have a motto or something? Similar to bonnaroo's Radiate Positivity?

HYDRATE OR DIE and COCONUT SCONES are the only Sasquatch mantras I know. Camping is great fun, and even though I'm all about the chunes, it wouldn't be Sasquatch without camping. I've met a lot of fantastic friends at this festival.

Does sasquatch have a motto or something? Similar to bonnaroo's Radiate Positivity? The cool thing about Sasquatch, is that we are so small, and such a strong community, we don't even have mottoes - we have inside jokes. It rules. Coconut Scones is a great one.

I'll be honest, I'd be lying if I didn't say that the smallness is also what attracts me to the festival. ACL has gotten out of hand to the point that this is me . Bonnaroo was fun but again too many people. Sasquatch is around 20k, right? Looking at videos it seems pretty mellow and chill, a lot of people sitting down and stuff. Maybe i'm just getting old.. (i'm 25.) It'll be a pretty expensive trip coming from Dallas but damn Washington/Oregon are beautiful states and it's just nice from the Texas heat. Plus Todd mother fucking Terje.

I haven't been to any larger fests, but Sasquatch size is pretty good for what you get! You even start to recognize faces of strangers by the last day - you can find friends without cell phones, etc etc. I have buddies that fly from all over as well, one of my best friends is making his 5th consecutive Sasquatch trip from Boston. I'm sure you will leave finding it was very worth the expense!

Sometimes someone is born in 1994 and then I am like woah dude I feel old.
Camping at Sasquatch is basically out in an open pasture type situation. It is in a tundra so there are no trees, just scrub brush and sky. Just make sure to bring enough water and food, sunscreen, and a canopy or tarp if you have one for cover. It can be crazy in District 9 (general camping) but I love it. I love walking around and talking to people and having larfs. It can get really loud at night depending on where you are so some people like to bring ear plugs. I personally hate ear plugs but I never have trouble sleeping at Sasquatch. By the end of the day I am so assed out it is easy. The gorge is the most beautiful place you will ever see, so I highly recommend it.
