I did Davers, it was awesome, it was hard to get off my ass and walk in to the fest, I could hear all the music, and the lounge chair was too comfortable.
It was really small in comparison I know, we ended up in the Squamish version of premier and it was pretty tame.
Looking forward to the massive field!

I was in that part too, we probably met each other in there. I was next to the guy with the hippie Tee-Pee.
Sasquatch is pretty similar, just a whole lot bigger. There are bigger parties but still lots of people just sitting around drinking beer. If you liked Squamish you'll love Sasquatch.

Awesome, I loved the teepee, and that MASH tent, I was in the big blue tent along the main path, sort of right in the middle. We ended up spilled onto the path with solar lanterns and such. I think we gave everyone a drink at some point, so chances are good!

Yep, if you want I can post more pictures of it in the squampton thread when I get home. (The campsite, not my sexy cop uniform)

Both please.
I want to buy glamping but I don't know who I'm going with yet and don't really want to drop the 2 x $160. It looks super nice though dammit!

I emailed the fest to find out if the general camping is going to be as cramped as last year or not. I'm not fancy... I dont need much. But I need space.

I totally woulda shared camping with you but I just went in on it with another friend. The camping is the one thing hat always sells out and is in hot demand on Craigslist later, so you'd have no problem finding someone to sell the other pass to if you don't find someone to split with. (but I get how you might not be able to front the other pass right now though, cuz damn they're expensive!)

Capitalization matters. Spelling matters. Punctuation matters....we don't want this place to start looking like 4chan or your little sister's text message inbox...Asking noobs to type correctly is, to a certain extent, a litmus test...Meatheads and assholes are unwelcome here, and traditionally a meathead or an asshole will quickly show their colors when they are asked to do something that they are not capable of doing...I am an unabashed grammar nazi, and I am an Admin, and I told you to. As a fearful newbie, I appreciate your sentiments, Gramma. I must say, I have a love-hate relationship with the Grammar Nazi thing. I was utterly terrified for years to post on this board because I was sure I would mess something up and receive mocking of epic proportions in return. However, I am also a Grammar Nazi in real life, so I am thankful for the grammatical standards that have allowed me to glean a great deal from these boards despite my cowardly lack of participation. Thus, I promise I'm not a Meathead, I hate texting lingo, and I hope I pass the litmus test so I can perhaps contribute something useful rather than just lurking. All that said, is it totally nerdy to post the introduction profile dealie that initiated this thread years ago? I was going to do it, but it appears it is not 'done' with much regularity these days, and I don't want to go about making things more difficult for myself than they already are as a newbie.

Yeah, I don't know why the noobs stopped doing that. It's a great way to establish your personality, which goes a long way 'round here.

I like stuff like that, I made sure it was my first post. My next few were apologizing for my username, which was fun but terrifying, because I was pretty sure I had pissed off HG immediately by joining the board.

Everyone pisses me off immediately by joining the board. I fear the unknown.
