You can't be both the PC and PCP patrol. Just like you can't be on ICP and PC Patrol. But you can be on PCP and ICP patrol...at least from what I envision (I haven't experienced either, so really this is just speculation) |

Well, usually the ICP are on PCP, right? So I'd imagine the job could be done. As long as you were PC about it.
