And it caused me physical pain to omit Eldorado from my list of ELO recommendations, but I thought I should limit myself to two and that one is a LOT more abstract than Out of the Blue or Face the Music. The whole first side of Eldorado is pretty fucking menacing. I hate when you are trying to recommend people stuff that you know is amazing, but at the same time you don't want to overwhelm them so you scale back on the doubles and triples of a band even though you know that the one record you recommended needs the others as well in order to really blow a persons mind. On the bright side, I only listened to Eldorado because of your recommendations to Hanchy. They totally reminded me how awesome both Out of the Blue and Face the Music were and I realized that I'd never even heard Eldorado when I was going through my records.

It's probably not worth it because Blitzen Trapper will be playing new stuff, but their old albums are really good. Wild Mountain Nation and Furr are really great. You should at least listen to the title track on Furr Oh man Devil's A-Go-Go and Murder Babe off Wild Mountain Nation How I love those so.

So I just checked out the tracklist for El Dorado on Amazon and completely forgot about "can't get you out of my head". Love that track. Good chance I'll be looking into this after some time with Out Of The Blue. ...and thoughts on the album discovery? Seriously, I should have been doing more listening to this band a long time ago.

You really need to do a Boarders revealed or introduce yourself thread. I just need to know you're more than your avatar, or exactly like your avatar. Forget this if you have done this and I missed it. I missed a lot.

Cool man, I probably read this and just forgot. You don't have to post a picture, a lot of posters never have.
Listen to Beck, and like it. Now!

Crash into Me by Dave Matthews Band is playing on the radio...
You know, I'm not sure that song is safe for work. I share an office with a 60-year-old woman, and I'm feeling kinda awkward right n.ow.

This was kinda the band I was most hoping to be at Sasquatch and who I was listening to all night up until the lineup release. Not too disappointed, Dr. Garbanzoured it was a 50/50 chance of happening. Saw them open for Pavement in New York and it was a great set.
