The Body - No One Deserves Happiness What do you make of this? I was really really excited upon hearing the first single, but after listening to it from start to finish I was pretty unsure of what I felt about it.

I was really really excited upon hearing the first single, but after listening to it from start to finish I was pretty unsure of what I felt about it. I am really into it. It is the first album that I have heard from The Body. I saw them back in 2012 open for Earth and remembered liking them but never checked anything out. I got the promo when I was super baked late at night and I cranked it in my Bose headphones. It was terrifying! I almost had to take my headphones off but I stuck through it. Really enjoyed it. It is gross. I am stoked they are going to be at Migration Festival although it is in a collaborative set with another band.

They made an album together a little while back and it was fucking intense.

I don't know them but I am going to have to check them out. This lineup is serious business. Check it: www.migrationfest.us/

I just put Queens Of The Stone Age's full discography on a playlist, smoked a bowl of "blue dream", cracked a few Rainier beers and hit shuffle. This night has been alright. Alright indeed.

I still can't. I have the Ryan Adams version on vinyl and listen to it frequently, but I still haven't built the courage to actually listen to the original. I'm afraid it would ruin the Ryan Adams version for me. At the very least, I know it won't be as good. So, what's the point?

What is this? I want this. Eluvium - Life Through Bombardment Vol. 2 7xLP Like the original set, Eluvium takes all of his previously CD-exclusive material from 2010-present and presses it into a beautiful 7 LP hardbound book. I wasn't about to score the first set, but mother of god am I happy to have scored this masterpiece. Eluvium has been an incredible part of my life during this time frame, so much so that I'm actually starting to cry here trying to think of words to express just how much this thing means to me. Dolphinitely the most important piece on my shelf aside from records that have been personally handed to me and signed by the artists. Includes Similes (2010), Static Nocturne (2011), Nightmare Ending (2013), Wisdom For Debris (2014), and a brand new disc titled Curious Things. shop.temporaryresidence.com/trr260Only $150 + shipping. NBD.
