All I can watch right now is Broad City and it's fucking hilarious. Serious Flight of the Conchords/Louie vibes from a couple of UCB alums and produced by Amy Poehler. I'm halfway through the most recent episode and I don't want to watch the rest because I don't want to have to wait for the next one!

Has anybody here watched The Returned (Les Revenants)? I think it's from France, but the Sundance channel had a season 1 marathon on today and holy shit. Beautifully shot, excellently written and acted, creepy and intriguing, just all around great stuff. I've only watched the first couple episodes so far, but luckily I had the forethought to record the whole marathon, so I know what I'll be doing for the next couple days.
Soooooooo I'm about to sign a lease with a roommate for next year, which would save me $4k (assuming I know how to math) in rent and other expenses…. if I maintain this over the course of my degree, rather than stay where I'm living now, that would save me more than $20k. Soooooo I'm feeling a lot less guilty about coachella! woop woop. Now I just need to have a brief conversation with two people to make sure I can take the days away from research and therapy, and then I'm pretty much confirmed. whammy.

Weenie likes Woodkid but I really didn't like his albums. That live setup looks cool but that's an expensive arrangement for someone on the 4th line.
Yeah, it will be interesting to see what happens with his set. His music is fine but not amazing, but that live show looks fantastic. Take away all the cool lights and orchestra and put him on the Gobi at 5 in the afternoon and I'll probably skip it if something else interesting is on.
You weekend 2ers get the advantage of knowing what he brings though.
