I love me some Wu-Tang, but I wasn't that impressed with whey I saw of the live feed from their Coachella set. They were supposed to open for RATM when I saw them at the Gorge in '97, but dropped out before the tour got that far. They were replaced by The Roots, which bummed me out at the time. But in retrospect, it may have been an upgrade.
I thought they were pretty good in that live feed.
They were fucking awesome from 15 feet in front of the stage. Orchestra + savage dust storm made for a magical and dirty evening. Not to mention hearing the Rockwilder live.
The thought of seeing The Replacements is too much to handle. What I wouldn't give to hear 500 people singling along to "Androngynous". The only reunion that I would like to see more is Husker Du. Now that would be fucking incredible.
I understand why it shouldn't happen but singing along to Guided by Voices and Pavement are two of my absolute favorite Sasquatch memories. I don't care how many other people care, Blacksmile, Geno, and I (and now Burrito apparently) are gonna be front and center singing along with every Replacement song if it happens.
