I can only go on Saturday and this will be my first time going to the fest. If my flight gets in at 11 at SEATAC, is it possible to make it to the Gorge in 3 hours with traffic? What is the traffic like once you get off 90? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yep. Easily. You shouldn't have any traffic problems on Saturday. Once you turn off the 90 it's only about another 10-15 minute drive.
