The line up is expected usually late January, however, this year it is rumored to be next Monday. But no one really knows all the details of Coachella. Last year was a blast minus the crowding issue. What do you expect when you let in an extra 10,000 people and have little to no security.

Shit I was really hoping for Arcade Fire at Sasquatch. Oh well, will have to dream up some other headliners I guess... or make the trip to Coachella again.

I believe Bjork headlined each festival in 2007. I'll agree it wouldn't seem likely they would share headliners, but Arcade Fire is playing several festivals this year already, so why not add one more (at the fucking Gorge no less).

But I heard it from more than one source that Neil Young will be there whether headlining or acoustic set.
Monklish has a blog and supposedly she has sources in coachella, and that is what she was hearing, she gets about 70 to 80 % of the guesses right every year. Take that as you like but as I said, every year the headliners are leaked about a week earlier.
If the NY into AC happens, I don't really care who else is there.

Cool. Looking back on the previous years, I find Coachella always has a better lineup than ACL, Lollapalooza, and Bonaroo, so this year I'm committing early. I already have car camping purchased.

Yeah I rented a condo in palm springs, ( I know it's far) but my husband and I are going stay for a week. so we are ahead of the game too.
I agree with you that Coachella constantly has the best line-up except for lolla 2008, that was the best lineup ever for a festival, RATM and Radiohead as the headliners.
