I realize now how much of a cliche it was to write, "He's not even the most talented in his family," and I'm embarrassed for it but I won't edit. I need to live with my mistakes.

And Maile is seriously good, and seriously hot to boot.

Ah man, the poor Maloy's are one step away from being ven-diagramed here as we further examine their similar features and call them gross. Also family is supposed to look a like isn't it? Would she still be hot to you if Colin didn't exist? Would she still be a good writer if she wasn't hot? Is Colin now considered hot? Answers.
