| Has any body caught one of the Crystal Method dj sets? They are coming through Missoula again. Last time I skipped it. I am a long time fan, and think a dj set might be a disappointment. Why can't these guys do live sets anymore? |

| Yeah, I've seen them do a DJ set. It was pretty solid. Never seen them live, so I don't really have a comparison, but I had a good time. |

their DJ set kept me awake in my tent for about 2hrs at Pemberton. Had it not been for the 500 people still in line when the venue was packed I might have attempted to go watch.
From what I heard though it sounded pretty good. |

| They played a DJ set during the summer at a small nightclub in Seattle. Seriously, what happened to those guys? They used to be on the top of the game. |

Money and logistics. Carry a laptop on the airplane or have to hire a rig to transport thousands of dollars of gear all over the place. |

I don't know where to put this since it's probably pretty unlikely that any of us will be catching this show but from Silversun Pickups:
"It’s never too early to plan a road trip: Saturday, July 14 meet us in Toronto for Edgefest 2012, also featuring Billy Talent, Death from Above 1979, The Sheepdogs, Young the Giant and more."

When I saw them it was in this shitty little sleaze pub and it was a riot. |

I know no one cared last time I said this, but Steel Panther added another show in Vancouver if anyone is interested. And its a Friday.
And thanks for the recommendations on Electric 6, I'll grab a few of those tickets too. |

| P. the Man's drummer's brother works at the Subway in downtown Portland. Every time we go in there wearing Sasquatch gear he makes sure we know about it. |

Don't be sorry. At least someone gets to enjoy them! Even if it is only Alaskans, Oregonians and Europeans. |
