Seeing Purity Ring with Blue Hawaii on April 27th, pretty excited as I missed them in September.

They are fantastic live. Don't know about Blue Hawaii's live show, but their singer is the chick from Braids, and they were awesome live too.

Nice!
Yeah I heard, I'm excited for that. I've seen Braids before too, one of my sister's best friends' brother is the bass player.

Some of The Boston Boys are going to be around in the next few weeks.

Caspian is at Barboza (SEA) on March 5 and The Doug Fir (PDX) March 6.

Junius is at Rotture (PDX) March 7 and El Corazon (SEA) March 8.

Sucks that they will not be together in the PNW, But Caspian's label says what, where and with who now and such is life.

These are both classic Radar Recordings bands. If you liked Will's work with Constants, Adai, Senica or the likes of Sword or Tarantula AD, they are worth catching.

The opener for that set is Native and I really wanted to go to it but I will be out of the country at that time. If you go don't miss them.

Nick, you are not going to see the Residents next week, and that means that you are a fool.

Yeah, I won't dispute that. But I still need to give them a listen. From everything you've said about them, their live shows are apparently not the best way to introduce myself to the Residents. I'd rather check out a couple of albums and test the waters rather than dive in nuts-first.

Plus after all the fees are said and done it is like 40 fucking dollars! What the fuck is that.

Hold up, HG. My popcorn is almost done popping.
