Of the three times I've seen them play Midnight City, this was BY FAR the sexiest that sax solo has ever been!

Tonight was going to be a choice between Beirut and Purity Ring, but it looks like the concert gods are throwing me a friggen bone and allowing both shows to be possible.

I really want to go to Cat Power in Oakland on Nov. 6th. At first I was going to skip this show just because I'm trying to save money, but knowing how fucking crazy and off-the-cuff Chan Marshall is, and knowing that it's ELECTION NIGHT which may bring out the crazy in her in a particular way, I'm really considering going.

Wooo just randomly checked ticketmaster and they released a few extra tickets for Girl Talk. Must have been one of the last ones because I checked again right after I bought it and it was sold out again.
