Fucking doooooo eeetttt. I has a sofa bed.

Edit: tickets actually purchased now.

I'm with Davers, do it!! I have a mattress propped against a wall that we can put on the floor instead.

I don't think weenie likes us. She thinks she's too good to sleep on our sofa bed/floor mattress.

WEENIE JUST COME TO MATT AND KIM I WANT LIGHT SHOWS.

On another note, did any Vancouverites come across any tickets for Girl Talk this Friday? They seem to be harder to find than I would have thought.

I haven't been looking because I won't be in town. Hopefully some pop up over the next day or two.

There are some around, but people want $70-$80 for them. I want to go, but I'm not paying $80 to see a DJ I've seen 4 times before.

I'm going to take so much shit for this. A friend offered me free floor tickets to Linkin Park / Incubus tonight.

The 15 year old inside of me is going to rock his face off with a lot of help from our good friend: beer.

Enjoy Incubus, and drink through Linkin Park. I'm just about to head out to Silversun Pickups, also for free.

Yay free stuff!

I very much wish he had extra Silversun Pickups tickets instead, but I guess you don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

When I checked CL last week there were a few people asking for face, I think it's just gonna take consistent checking and luck. Or you can try just going down before the show, which is what one of my friends is going to do I think.

Massive Attack is playing in the intermission between incubus and linkin park.

Ummm, ok?

Incubus actually played? They cancelled two one day festivals in Alberta.

Silversun Pickups were pretty good. They had a hard curfew at the venue and were unable to do an encore due to technical issues with Bryan's guitar right at the climax of Lazy Eye. Pretty unfortunate, but we ended up getting to hear a bit of a rewind take on that, which was actually kind of cool.

Yep, the singer was hurting pretty bad, but they played. Lots of instrumental stuff, which I quite liked.

Through the proper dosage of weed (see: lots) and booze (see: lots), I had a good time.

There was fire! And explosions! The 15 year old inside me was very pleased.

I'm totally coming! I guess I only told myself though, not you guys yet, oops!

Lamb Of God, In Flames, and Hatebreed.

PNW Dates

Fri/Dec-14 Medford, OR @ Medford Armory
Sat/Dec-15 Spokane, WA @ Knitting Factory
Sun/Dec-16 Seattle, WA @ Showbox SODO

Edit: Actually the last half of the show, which includes these dates, will have Hellyeah instead of Hatebreed. That sucks. LOG and In Flames are still going fuck shit up at the Knit though.
