Street Scene in San Diego is pretty cool, the weather is exceptional, and the backdrop of downtown in San Diego is awesome... especially when you have bands like Ghostland's laser light show going miles into the skyline tracing what could easily be images through projection... amazing. And as andimac said, Monolith is pretty cool, can't compare with the acoustics of Red Rocks.
Bonnaroo late nights this year are insane!!!!! These are the sets that are almost totally unstructured can go on for 4 hours, have a million suprise guests, and give the artists a chance to do something they don't always do. This year....

Anybody going to the Pitchfork Music Festival (as much shit as I give Pitchfork, I do enjoy this lineup a lot). Not many big names but it's got a very deep lineup. I guess with most of the people here being from the Northwest, probably not, but just checkin'.
My favorite festival Newport Jazz Festival. or Newport Folk Festival.
I went to the "IT" festival and it was a dream world. Barefooted drunk and high people everywhere playing music, relaxing, riding scooters, mopeds, skateboards, selling cheap food and jello shots, and sleeping in tents and on grass fields.
