Even though this song is 6 minutes of the same riff, I find myself constantly playing it over and over. This riff is my life.

My favorite riff of 2012 comes from the chorus of:

Deerhoof - Fête d'Adieu (John Dieterich/Ed Rodriguez (they're both playing the same riff and it's fucking awesome))

Holy shit,I'm late to this but this song has the best riff of all time, hands down.

To this day my dad still plays the first 45 seconds of this song at speaker shattering volumes. He loves it more than anything.
