Those dudes still mix it up. They definitely don't forget where they came from in their live shows.

Unless they're going to play the Godzilla remix of 'Brain Stew' they're not getting my money.

I guess we can start playing the tour date guessing game...

Big Green Day tour announced with no LA date. They would make sense as the "KROQ headliner" or what have you.

5 festivals?
Posted by DREW OF THE RUSHES on Sept 13, 2012, 4:59pm
So it would be a three-weekend April Coachella (with the same lineup for each, I'm guessing), a smaller fall festival (probably not named Coachella), and Stagecoach. I feel like they're determined to bite off more than they can chew. I'm rarely opposed to ambition, especially if you're capable of pulling it off, but what bands can come to the desert for three straight weekends?

I got the sense it will be 2 smaller Stagecoach type fests, one in spring and one in fall, and 3 Coachella fests but not all in in a row. Whether it will be two weekends in spring and one in the fall or three spread out over the year, I'm not sure.

Also, I find it kinda funny that they define Stagecoach as a small fest despite having 65-75 thousand people. That would make Sasquatch a backyard get-together.

There is a post on the Coachella FB page that says Daft Punk is confirmed.

Doubt it but its fun to speculate.
