Someone named "The Brooklyn Vegan" says the Postal Service are getting back together for Coachella.
Monklish said this a while ago, I heard this on SiriusXM altnation last week and now this.
Oh yeah, and the Knife annoucned their first live shows in May.

| The Knife would be a fine substitution for Daft Punk. Deadmau5 is going to have a new flashy thing anyway. Getting super pumped! |

| Also, fuck it, I'd be very impressed and happy to see the Postal Service on there. That would be a huge reunion for this generation. That was the only project of Gibbard's that I ever really enjoyed, so I'd definitely love to see it live. |

It doesn't rule the knife out or anything but it would be odd if they booked two small warmup shows in their home country for a month after coachella. The mid may shows make them seem more likely for something like primavera.
Edit: forgot they were from Sweden not Denmark. I still think it'd be a bit odd. |

Agreed, I think it's more likely to see The Knife over in North America in 2014...but who the fuck knows with them.
Pea - Agreed, I would be psyched to see The Postal Service. That album was huge for me in college. I liked it about a thousand times more than anything Death Cab ever did. |

If Postal Service are reuniting for a tour, they have to do Sasquatch, right? Shit, they'd probably headline.
Are the Knife sub-headliners if they're at Coachella? |

That's exactly what I was thinking when I saw that. If they're on the Coachella lineup, I think we can count on them being at Sasquatch too. It'd be awesome if they took the rumored Mumford and Sons headlining spot. |

| The Postal Service would probably co headline. One album ain't enough for full on headliner. |

I remember when this conversation came up last year and I said the same thing--everyone jumped all over me about it. |

| Considering I only want to hear like five songs, they could have a sub-sub spot and that would be fine. |

Has anyone cracked the Monklish mystery over on the Coachella boards yet? |

What mystery? Like who she is? She's no one... a bored boarder like anyone else... At least that's my take.
