This new Converge might just give Enabler a run for it's money as my favorite metal album of the year. Absolutely fucking bonkers of an album.

My first listen of Death Grips today , I only listened to 2 songs but I don't understand this. Is this good? I must be missing something.

What is dope about Death Grips, you ask?

-Zach Hill murdering the drum-demons using only his upper-body strength and a couple of wooden sticks.
-A legitimately and truly terrifying MC knocking the walls out of hip-hop rhythms.
-A record sleeve with a photograph of an erect pengis.

Can you recommend one song to get me started. I listened to the first two songs from the newest album, and it sounded terrible. I'd like to give them a fair shake before I write them off.

Nah, it's all gonna sound like that. If you don't like Death Grips, you're probably gonna know it right away. I wouldn't worry about it, I think there is an unusually high concentration of Death Grips fans on this board.
