Thanks, dude.
In regards to Death Grips because that's all I care about these days, their live show is much more of a noisy clusterfuck (in the best way possible) compared to their records. When Zach Hill performs for an audience he is incabable of not drinking 10 cups of coffee and exhausting every last cell of energy with constant kicck-ass drum fills until he is swimming in a pond of his own perspiration that we fans like to refer to as "the hill". |

| Yeah, I wasn't commenting on his drumming ( I love zach hill), just that the recording of that show hurt my ears, and the drumming ( at least on my computer) didn't always match up with the backing track. |

The pain feels so good.
Have you seen him live before? |

| No, unfortunately I haven't. |

So Trent Reznor did an AMA on Reddit today: http://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/13....ils_and_how_to/
"Thank you. I spend a lot of time and energy thinking about how music is presented live. Lights in the Sky was probably my favorite live show I've worked on so far. This was a real collaboration between myself, Rob, Roy Bennett, and Moment Factory. We set out to make an experience and I really felt proud to put that on every night. Cryptic additional comment: 2013." |

"Someone really has to ask this, so there it goes... Can you disclosure any future plans for Nine Inch Nails?"
"Sure I could."
Goddamit Trent. |

Countdown of the ten Ween albums (Shinola is included) from 'best' to 'worst', written by Hank Shteamer (hehe) who wrote the 33 1/3 book on Chocolate & Cheese. Shteamer's (heh... heh heh heh heh) C&C book constitutes some of the best writing about music that I've ever read, and the dude REALLY knows his Ween -- which makes the ordering of this list pretty surprising, but he has some insightful comments on each record. Interesting read.
I miss Ween.
