Their night DJ Bryce is fucking rad though. He has pretty parallel tastes to a lot of us and runs an electro-based show on the station at 10pm or something. He's played LCD and Twin Shadow at my request before so I dig him.
This amused me -- that dude harms posted a picture of the bass player from Silversun Pickups and passed on the announcement that she is pregnant with twins, and the following exchange took place:
HG: Wait just a god damn minute, that's not a picture of Matthew Bellamy! What are we paying you for, Harms?
Harms: wait for the follow up post revealing that Matt Bellamy is the dad - GO TO HELL KATE HUDSON!
HG: As ever, I am holding my breath waiting for your next post about Muse. I really can't hold my breath for very long, but it's never been an issue in the past.
Harms: as I am looking forward to your next comment s*$%ing on whatever is being discussed - it's a happy marriage we've created
HG: Eh, we have fun. Every party needs a pooper, that's why you invited me, right? Don't let's act like 'whatever is being discussed' is a very broad range of things, though, because it's not. Now where's our hourly update on Billie Joe Armstrong? I got a schedule to keep, as I'm sure you do.
...the next post from harms was a re-post of the one-sheet for Spielberg's Lincoln, which I had posted moments before.
According to those Pitchfork pics, looks like Deacon's lost some weight and some hair since I saw him last. I wonder if he'll be even more energetic now, if that's even possible.
